The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are seeking a Receptionist to provide exceptional, personalised service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable from start to finish. This role is for someone who thrives on creating meaningful connections, anticipating guest needs, and delivering exceptional service with warmth and enthusiasm. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations, consistently exceeding guest expectations, and contributing to the hotel’s reputation for outstanding service. This role is due to start in June 2025.
Key responsibilities:
- Build meaningful connections with guests, actively listening and responding to their requests while offering tailored suggestions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the guest journey, ensuring that every touchpoint is seamless and memorable by anticipating and meeting their needs.
- Be a true expert on all hotel facilities, confidently providing guests with up-to-date information on amenities, services, and events.
- Effectively manage guest requests, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate effortlessly with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless service and a unified guest experience.
