Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supporting the Reservations Manager with the day to day running of the Reservations Department
  • Respond to all telephone call enquiries in an engaging manner whilst also adhering to the hotels call standards with the aim of converting the enquiry into a booking.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of the hotel product and services and use appropriate verbiage in their description.
  • Complete all tasks outlined on the relevant shift checklist and sign off when all have been finished.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor degree holder in hospitality management or equivalent
  • Relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel is preferred
  • Excellent command in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
  • Fresh graduate is also welcomed
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservation Sales Agent
