The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are seeking a dedicated Public Area Associate to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces within the hotel, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to maintaining high standards, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. You will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring that every public area exceeds expectations, contributing to the overall success of the hotel. This role is due to start in June 2025.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain immaculate presentation of all public areas and Heart of House, ensuring they meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards.
- Regularly check and replenish cleaning supplies, ensuring you are always set up for success.
- Effectively manage guest requests, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Actively listen to feedback regarding public areas, promptly addressing concerns and implementing effective solutions to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with all associates, supporting the overall success of the hotel and prioritising guest satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork.
