KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PERFORMANCE GOALS General Maintenance

• Maintain the correct usage of all Lodge plant and equipment and report any malfunctions promptly to the Maintenance Manager.

• Carry out specific weekly and monthly tasks as set by the Maintenance Manager.

• Make sure all maintenance and gardening provisions are stored and secured in the appropriate area.

• Keep all service manuals up to date and document equipment schedules wherever necessary.

• Dead head all flowering shrubs after flowering.

• Keep plantings from hanging over walk paths.

• Prune trees and hedges.


Maintain constructive relationships with all lodge teams.

• Ensure professionalism in all interactions with guests and outside operators.

• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.


Health and Safety

• Health & Safety requirements are adhered to.

• All workplace accidents and incidents are reported, hazards are identified, and mitigants/remedies are undertaken.

• H&S awareness through the implementation of safe practices.

• Appropriate uniform and correct footwear are worn at all times.
