The Talent Development Executive plays a vital role in supporting the hotel’s Talent & Culture division by ensuring the effective delivery of learning, development, and engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating training programs, onboarding processes, performance management activities, and recognition programs. The role contributes to aligning all development initiatives with the hotel’s mission, vision, and brand standards, while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. Additionally, the Talent Development Executive provides essential administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth operations across various Talent & Culture functions.
An ideal candidate should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation. Experience in training facilitation, onboarding, and employee engagement programs is highly valued, alongside proficiency in designing communication materials and managing information systems. Candidates must possess attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability, as well as interpersonal skills that foster collaboration, mentorship, and positive associate relations. Additionally, the ability to support succession planning, internship programs, recognition activities, and ensure compliance with corporate‑mandated programs is essential for success in this role.
As a key member of the Talent & Culture team, the Talent Development Executive is expected to actively participate in daily stand-up meetings, monthly assemblies, and quarterly reviews, serving as a culture ambassador who models corporate values. The role requires a commitment to supporting both strategic and operational aspects of Talent & Culture, ensuring associates receive meaningful development opportunities and recognition. By contributing to the hotel’s overall engagement and performance initiatives, the Talent & Culture Executive helps strengthen the organization’s culture and enhance the associate experience.
