The Concierge Associate will assists arriving and departing guests and handle their luggage properly. He/she will orient the guests with their rooms and other hotel facilities and will also provide supervisory assistance to the Bell Captain as may required. 

The ideal candidate should have actual experience and thorough knowledge in the same capacity in a hotel of the same standard. He/she should have a pleasing personality and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all arriving and departing hotel guests. Key duties include welcoming guests at the airport and hotel, arranging transportation, assisting with luggage, facilitating room orientation, and handling airline-related transactions. He/she will also provides administrative support to the Concierge Supervisor and maintains thorough knowledge of local directions, tours, and nearby establishments. Additionally, he/she coordinates with transportation providers to guarantee timely vehicle availability and assists guests with limousine requests, ensuring all services are delivered with professionalism and efficiency.
