As Bar Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our bar Advocatuur, ensuring seamless service, high-quality standards, and an inviting atmosphere. You will support and guide the bar team while maintaining excellence in presentation, product knowledge, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations and service flow

• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team

• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of beverages

• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits

• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory

• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

• Handle guest interactions professionally and confidently

• Support management in achieving revenue and cost targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a quality-driven bar or restaurant

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• High standards of presentation and attention to detail

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality
