Description du poste

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a key role in positioning the hotel as a leading luxury food & beverage destination, while consistently upholding brand standards and operational excellence.


Key expectations:

  • Lead, organise, and supervise all kitchen operations to ensure seamless and efficient workflows
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and visual standards
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the kitchen team including Sous Chefs, Chef de Partie, and junior staff
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and structured training to build strong talent pipelines
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety across all kitchen areas
  • Monitor storage, handling, and inventory processes to guarantee compliance and efficiency
  • Work closely with service teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations


Profile:

  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role (Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or similar)
  • Strong background in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments
  • Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • High level of creativity and passion for culinary excellence
