THE TEAM

You will be part of the Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, supporting all outlets across the property, including restaurants, bar, and events operations.
In this flexible role, you will collaborate closely with Outlet Managers, Events Operations, Culinary, and supporting departments to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints.

YOUR ROLE

As Chef de Rang (Seasonal), you will support the Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets and events at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
With a flexible and hands-on approach, you will contribute wherever needed, ensuring seamless service delivery and creating memorable guest experiences in line with our Sense of Place philosophy. Your adaptability and professionalism will be key to maintaining luxury service standards across diverse environments.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Deliver exceptional service across all outlets, including restaurants, bar, and events
  • Provide flexible support based on operational needs and business demands
  • Ensure smooth and professional service during à la carte operations as well as events and functions
  • Create memorable guest experiences through attentive, personalized, and intuitive service
  • Act as a host, engaging with guests and building authentic connections
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, events, and service teams for seamless operations
  • Set up, maintain, and reset service areas and event spaces according to standards
  • Lead your station and support junior team members during service
  • Ensure all SOPs, service rituals, and Rosewood brand standards are upheld
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Handle guest feedback and requests with confidence, professionalism, and care


COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You have experience as Chef de Rang or in a similar service role, ideally in luxury hospitality
  • You bring flexibility and enjoy working across different outlets and event settings
  • You have a strong passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction
  • You are adaptable, hands-on, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • You are confident, professional, and enjoy interacting with guests
  • You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • You are a reliable team player with a proactive mindset
  • You are flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • You possess very good English skills; German and additional languages are a strong advantage
