The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a polished and attentive Host to join the team at GSQ Restaurant. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a central role in shaping the arrival experience. This position requires someone with a natural sense of hospitality, strong organisational ability and the confidence to engage with an international clientele.

Given the profile of our guests, fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional first impression

• Manage reservations, guest arrivals and table allocations with precision and care

• Maintain a composed and organised presence at the restaurant reception

• Communicate effectively with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth flow of service

• Provide knowledgeable information about the restaurant, menus and hotel offerings

• Anticipate guest needs and respond thoughtfully to requests

• Contribute to a welcoming and refined dining environment

About You

• Previous experience as a Host or Receptionist within a luxury restaurant or hotel environment

• Fluent in both Arabic and English

• A naturally warm and confident presence with excellent communication skills

• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

• The ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced service environment
