About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with business leaders across the hotel to provide strategic and proactive recruitment guidance and support. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of the recruitment strategy, attracting top talent for all positions within the hotel.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with the Director of Talent & Culture to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. They will lead the talent attraction strategy and play a key role in shaping the Chancery Rosewood.
As a stand-alone position, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for inspiring and influencing key stakeholders, driving collaboration to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
- Proactively identify and address hiring needs in close partnership with business leaders.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies as and when required, ensuring competitive rates are negotiated.
- Ensure recruitment paperwork is prepared and updated prior to the recruitment commencing, e.g. Authority to recruit, job descriptions, etc.
- Workforce planning for future needs considering trends, legislation and government support packages.
- Maintain candidate management systems ensure candidates are responded to within the set time.
- Design and deliver on the best-in-class Candidate Experience components including Job Crafting, Assessment, Feedback, Interview, Onboarding, and Alumni Engagement.
- Manage the overall relationship with top target schools and institutions. Oversees campus recruiting and student marketing activities.
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
- Organise recruitment events to sustain a strong employer brand at Career Fairs and College/University open days as requested to represent opportunities within Rosewood
- Lead our employer branding efforts on internal and external social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
- Drive digital campaigns on digital platforms to increase awareness, drive traffic and raise visibility to our Brand.
- Identify opportunities and manage Awards Committee relationships to recognise the Business as an attractive employer.
- Liaise with creatives and stakeholders to design and own content, ensure timely production of assigned tasks (i.e. Video production, photography, social media content, collateral, visuals, Brand guidelines, etc) for campaign execution.
About you
- Experience in talent acquisition management gained in the Hospitality Sector, preferably within luxury
- Candidate-focused, committed to delivering quality and excellence.
- Experience in working within an operational setting
- Preferably you’ll have had expose of experience of scaling recruitment initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders in a high volume recruitment environment.
