We are looking for a motivated and proactive Front Office Supervisor (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Supervising shifts at the hotel front desk
• Ensuring smooth arrivals and departures for our international guests
• Check-in and check-out in accordance with all Rosewood, Forbes, and LQA standards
• Handling complaints at the highest level
• Maintaining positive relationships with both guests and team members
• Offering rooming services and orientation tours of the hotel
• Maintaining and updating guest profiles and communicating relevant information to all hotel departments

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Completed vocational training in hospitality and at least one year of experience in a comparable role in upscale hospitality
• With your natural hosting mindset, confident presence, and strong communication skills, you impress across the board
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
• You are highly proficient in MS Office; ideally, you also have experience with Opera Cloud
• You have a well-groomed appearance and a stylish, professional demeanor
• You work responsibly, in a structured way, and with a strong attention to detail
