The Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi in Santa Fe is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support our Finance team with accuracy, care, and dedication.

Key Responsibilities

·          Manage and process Accounts Payable

·          Record and verify daily revenues

·          Conduct monthly inventory counts

·          Handle restaurant and bar tip reporting

·          Perform General Cashier duties

·          Assist the Director of Finance and Accounting Manager as needed

Qualifications

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years in accounting, including Accounts Payable and cash handling
- Hotel industry experience preferred but not required

Education:

- High School Diploma required

General Skills:

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and speed
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and sound judgment under pressure
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible scheduling to meet inventory and month-end deadlines

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong mathematical and analytical ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Accuracy in numerical problem-solving and reporting
