Description

As Talent & Culture Supervisor, you will support the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department, ensuring the highest level of service to our associates while upholding the values and standards. You will act as a key liaison between the Talent & Culture team and the wider hotel operation, ensuring seamless colleague experiences across the associate lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a refined and welcoming experience for potential talent.
  • Lead the onboarding process with a strong emphasis on personalization, luxury service culture, and brand immersion.
  • Maintain and update associate records with confidentiality and accuracy in line with data protection standards.
  • Coordinate associate engagement activities, recognition programs, and hotel events that enhance our employer brand and strengthen team culture.
  • Assist with training logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, promoting values of integrity, inclusivity, and excellence in every interaction.
  • Support payroll preparation and timekeeping processes in coordination with the external payroll company.
