Role

We are currently looking for a Technology Experience Manager to join our leadership team of Heads of Departments at Rosewood London. The Technology Experience Manager is entrusted with overseeing and delivering all IT-related services to the associates of the hotel, as well as the implementation of the overall IT systems strategy. 

Key expectations of this role are

• Being a change agent by continuously identifying and developing areas for improvement within the hotel's IT infrastructure proven though leadership of related projects
• Showing a sound understanding of the IT hard and software products available to enhance the guest and associate experience
• Acting as a coach and mentor towards the Assistant IT Manager and the IT Support Analyst
• Managing without impact on on quality through the drafting and planning of the hotel's IT budget including CAPEX

Profile

• The ability to work in a team, build relationships and provide guidance to others.
• A thorough understanding of leading and developing people effectively.
• Having excellent written and spoken English.
• Having a thorough understanding of server and overall network maintenance.
• Possessing an exceptional level of attention to detail.
• A thorough understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.
