Role

We are currently looking for an Event & Group Executive to join the Events Sales team at Rosewood London. As Event & Group Executive, you will act as a key liaison between clients, internal departments, and external partners to ensure every event and group booking is executed flawlessly. Your role will be instrumental in positioning Rosewood London as the preferred choice for meetings and events.

Key expectations of this role are

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Events Sales team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.
• Handle incoming enquiries and manage group and event bookings from initial enquiry through to completion, where appropriate.
• Take full ownership of smaller group bookings (with or without events), including contract handover, food & beverage arrangements, and bedroom allocations.
• Identify and maximise upselling opportunities across all revenue streams while maintaining rate integrity.
• Collaborate closely with clients to plan all aspects of their event and overall hotel experience.
• Prepare detailed BEOs, group resumes, and floor plans to ensure seamless delivery.
• Qualify and manage additional space requests while maintaining awareness of overall business strategy and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to support smooth operations and encourage referral business.
• Maintain accurate records within Salesforce/Delphi, including revenue tracking, off-site activities, and group movements.

Profile

• Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale events within a luxury hospitality environment, including bedroom bookings.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue and identify growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with event sales management systems such as Salesforce and/or Delphi is preferred.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to perform under pressure and make sound, independent decisions in the best interest of the hotel and its guests.
