We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead one of our culinary outlets and deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety, driving culinary innovation, and developing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the assigned kitchen outlet, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards, while maintaining smooth operations during peak periods and special events.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, freshness, presentation, hygiene, and food safety while ensuring compliance with all hotel standards and regulations.
• Support the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal promotions while introducing new culinary concepts aligned with market trends and guest preferences.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and support VIP functions and special events.
• Ensure effective inventory management, minimize waste, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Team leadership and talent development, train, and motivate culinary associates.
• Promote sustainability initiatives and waste-reduction practices throughout kitchen operations.
