Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Set the strategic direction for the Rooms Division, aligned with Rosewood’s vision, brand standards, and long‑term business objectives
• Provide full operational leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Butler and Residences Operations, ensuring seamless luxury experiences
• Champion Relationship Hospitality, delivering intuitive, personalised, and emotionally engaging guest journeys
• Drive Rooms financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, yield optimisation, and RevPAR growth
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Maintain strong front‑of‑house presence, personally engaging with VIPs, long‑stay residents, and repeat guests
• Ensure consistent delivery of Rosewood brand standards, quality programmes, safety, and compliance requirements
• Inspire, develop, and retain high‑performing leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, care, and excellence
• Act as a key member of the Executive Team, contributing to cross‑functional strategy, decision‑making, and leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 10-15 years’ progressive experience in Rooms operations within luxury or ultra‑luxury hospitality
• Proven experience in a senior Rooms leadership role (Director of Rooms / EAM Rooms or equivalent)
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi‑layered teams in complex, high‑profile hotel environments
• Deep understanding of luxury brand standards, service excellence, and compliance requirements
• International hospitality exposure preferred; experience with mixed‑use or residential hospitality is an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage
