We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Executive Chef to lead the culinary program of our hotel. This role oversees all food operations across multiple outlets, including the Restaurant Eeuwen, Lobby lounge The Court, In-Room Dining, and Events. The ideal candidate blends creative excellence with operational discipline and inspires teams to deliver exceptional, memorable dining experiences at every touchpoint, together with a strategic and commercial vision on our outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear culinary vision aligned with the hotel’s brand and strategic objectives
• Oversee menu creation, concept development, and continuous innovation across all outlets
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, consistency, and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train and mentor, our culinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Be a visible culinary leader, engaging with guests when appropriate
• Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage, Events, and Sales & Marketing teams
• Manage food cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial performance
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance
• Drive sustainability initiatives, responsible sourcing, and waste reduction practices
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and strengthen the hotel’s culinary reputation
• Represent the hotel in media, culinary events, and community initiatives as needed

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent senior culinary leadership role within luxury hospitality or fine dining
• Strong creative culinary background with a contemporary, quality-driven approach
• Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with operational structure and financial acumen
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
• Inspirational leader with excellent communication and people development skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Passion for innovation, excellence, and delivering outstanding guest experiences

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Executive Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end, multi-outlet environment
• Strong background in kitchen, banquets/events, and high-volume operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex kitchen operations
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Passion for innovation, quality ingredients, and elevated guest experiences
