We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Guest Relations Associate to join our team on a zero-hour contract in a luxury hospitality environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, creating memorable experiences, and thrives in a dynamic setting.

About the Role

As a Guest Relations Associate, you will act as a lobby ambassador, welcoming guests and ensuring they feel recognized, valued, and well cared for throughout their visit. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a seamless and personalized guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with guests in the lobby, creating a warm and professional first impression
  • Support smooth arrival and departure experiences alongside the Front Desk and Bell teams
  • Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs
  • Provide personalized recommendations for activities, dining, and experiences in the city
  • Assist with special touches such as welcome drinks and room escorting when required
  • Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Concierge to deliver a seamless experience
