Rosewood Amsterdam is seeking an experienced and service-driven In-Room Dining Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our in-room dining department. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining our standards, and supporting team development in a luxury hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, guest-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced setting while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily in-room dining operations and ensure service standards are met

• Lead and support servers and order takers during shifts

• Monitor order accuracy, presentation, and delivery times

• Address guest concerns professionally and ensure service recovery when needed

• Assist with scheduling, training, and team development

• Ensure proper POS usage and accurate billing

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards

• Support inventory control and cost management initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in food & beverage

• Prior in-room dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Food safety certification preferred
