We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Store & Receiving Clerk to support our operations by ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes

• Ensure all deliveries meet hotel quality, quantity, and brand standards

• Accurately record received items in inventory systems and maintain proper documentation

• Organize, label, and store goods in designated storerooms following certain standards

• Issue materials and supplies to hotel departments as per authorized requisitions

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, and operating departments regarding discrepancies or shortages

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of receiving and storage areas

• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with monthly and annual inventories

• Adhere strictly to hotel policies, internal controls, and audit requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or logistics training is an advantage

• Experience in stores, receiving, or inventory control would be ideal but not necessary (luxury hotel experience preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer literacy; experience with inventory or hotel systems is a plus

• Ability to lift and move goods as required

• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
