Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to begin your journey in the world of ultra-luxury lifestyle? We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Talent & Culture Intern to join our Rosewood Amsterdam Team, preferably starting from May 2026.

As a Talent & Culture Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in all core HR functions while supporting the daily operations of an ultra-luxury hotel. This is a unique opportunity to develop professionally, contribute meaningfully, and grow within an international hospitality brand. You will support associates across departments while gaining valuable insight into people management within the ultra-luxury hospitality industry.

Job Duties

• Managing the HR scheduling system for all associates.
• Preparing HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, and system updates.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection processes.
• Support in helping associates, identifying their needs, and directing them to the appropriate people.
• Supporting rewards and benefits programs - contributing to the design and communication of associate incentives.
• Organizing and supporting internal associate events.
• Planning engaging initiatives to boost morale, connection, and company culture.
• Supporting the different aspects of the HR department, such as Talent and Culture, Talent and Development, Talent Acquisition.
