Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest rooms to ensure an exceptional stay experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleans and services guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

  • Replenishes guest amenities and room supplies according to hotel standards.

  • Ensures all guest rooms meet cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards before guest arrival.

  • Reports any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns found in guest rooms.

  • Handles cleaning products and equipment responsibly and safely.

  • Follows all hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines.

  • Supports the housekeeping team with guest-room–related tasks when required.

Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience as a room attendant or in housekeeping is an advantage.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient working style.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Friendly and positive personality with a strong team-player attitude.

  • Strong sense of cleanliness and understanding of guest expectations.
