Now open on Grosvenor Square, The Chancery Rosewood is redefining modern luxury in Mayfair. Set within the iconic former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield with interiors by Joseph Dirand, the hotel features 144 exquisite suites and a collection of dining, wellness, and social spaces designed to inspire connection and expression.


As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests — setting the tone for a seamless and memorable stay. You will deliver genuine, thoughtful service through each conversation, ensuring every enquiry is handled with warmth, efficiency, and precision. Your knowledge of the hotel, suites, packages, and guest preferences will help you craft tailored itineraries that reflect The Chancery Rosewood’s spirit of modern luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations enquiries via phone, email, and online channels with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Provide personalised recommendations on suites, rates, and experiences based on guest preferences.

  • Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, packages, and hotel facilities.

  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest journey.

  • Uphold Rosewood’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality in every interaction.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a reservations or guest services role within a luxury hotel is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills — articulate, warm, and professional.

  • Exceptional organisation with strong attention to accuracy and detail.

  • Proficiency in PMS and reservations systems (Opera experience is an advantage).

  • A proactive, calm, and solution-focused approach.

  • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and crafting bespoke guest experiences.
