About the role: 
We are looking for a talent who are passionate about Human Resources to join us as the Carlyle & Co. Talent & Culture Assistant / Assistant Officer. This position will assist in the administrative support of HR operations including talent acquisition, learning & development and employee engagement. This is a unique role in a global brand development journey offering you the opportunity to be an essential part of Carlyle & Co. in Hong Kong – and we’d love to have you on-board! 

What you will do: 

• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling selection interviews, coordinating assessments, and maintaining candidate records.
• Assist in coordinating training programs, handling enrolments, preparing training materials, and maintaining training attendance records.
• Support the planning and execution of associate engagement activities and internal events.
• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and updating associate databases to ensure accurate and timely records.
• Assist with onboarding arrangements, including preparing welcome materials and coordinating orientation sessions for new joiners.
• Assist in special projects and ad hoc tasks assigned  

What you need to have: 

• Proactive, versatile and passionate in working with people
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• An ability to connect with a local and international workforce, across all levels
• Detailed minded and high level of work accuracy
• A strong command of both written and verbal English and Chinese
