Description

We are seeking a passionate Spa Concierge to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking tranquility, rejuvenation, and luxury.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests, ensuring a calm and professional presence at all times
  • Manage reservations and scheduling using spa software systems, optimizing efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Provide detailed information on spa treatments, services, and wellness offerings
  • Ensure the spa reception and waiting areas remain immaculate, serene, and well-stocked
  • Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate guest records
  • Support therapists and management with administrative and operational tasks as required
