We are looking for motivated Summer interns to join our Culinary or F&B Team.

What to expect:
  • You will experience the processes of a 5* luxury hotel collection
  • Together with the team, you will ensure that our high quality standards are maintained
Kitchen internship: 
  • Together with the team, you will prepare all dishes for the restaurant, bar, in-room dining and events
  • Together with the entire kitchen and service team, you will create very special experiences for our guests
  • You adhere to the high quality and hygiene standards
Service internship:
  • Together with the service team, you create very special experiences for our guests in all our F&B outlets
  • You enjoy working in the various F&B areas
  • You adhere to the quality and hygiene standards
  • You are flexible and committed
Required Profile:
  • You are currently visiting a hotel management school or similar institution and want to gain experience in the luxury hotel industry
  • You are flexible, committed and a team player
  • You enjoy creating extraordinary experiences for our guests
  • You are interested in expanding your knowledge
  • You are a passionate host

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl To Open in Summer 2024 The legendary Hotel Schloss Fuschl will mark our second property in Austria when it reopens as Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in Summer 2024.
