Role
 
We are currently looking for an Events Floor Manager to join our Banqueting team Rosewood London. 


Key expectations of this role are
  • Assisting the Director of Event Operations & In Room Dining as the point of contact to event clients in a manner that all guest and client requirements and company standards are achieved and maintained in respect of quality, volume and service.
  • Ensuring a smooth day to day running of the operations department regarding all service, health and safety and supervision of Event operations.
  • Ensuring a smooth day to day running of the beverage services regarding all service, health and safety and supervision of bar operations.
  • Carrying out necessary preparation in planning for forthcoming events for all operating supplies.
  • Conducting any on the job training for new staff members and ensure company standards are achieved.
  • Working closely with the Events & Groups Manager on an ongoing improvement of the service.
  • Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Profile
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
  • Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
  • A good understanding of how to supervise agency workers and casual associates.
  • Having a passion for events and taking ownership of the guest experience.
