It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead a team dedicated to ensuring that every guest room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation. This is a role for someone who values precision, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at keeping operations running smoothly. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, coaching and supporting your team, and your leadership will contribute to the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service and guest satisfaction. • Monitor inventory and staffing levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available and coordinating adjustments based on operational requirements.

About you:

  • You are confident in managing workflows, schedules, and inventories effectively.
  • You naturally notice when things aren’t up to standard and take action.
  • You take the lead and are comfortable managing teams and creating a positive, productive environment.
  • You anticipate challenges before they arise and find solutions quickly.
  • You understand that housekeeping is more than just cleaning – it’s about presentation, attention to detail, and maintaining high standards of care.

Benefits:

    • 12 complimentary room nights across The Rosewood Hotel portfolio (friends & family rates also available)
    • Discounts on Food & Beverage
    • Flexible Benefits Scheme
    • Give Days – A paid volunteering day of leave annually

    • Developmental & Social Calendars
    • Life Insurance
