We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Rosewood Munich. The Front Office Supervisor will support all Front Office team members and collaborate with the Front Office Manager to manage dad-to-day operations at the front desk, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

  • Work closely with the Front Office Manager to sustain service standards and foster a welcoming and professional environment for both guests and associates.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure that service standards are consistently implemented and maintained at the highest level.
  • Anticipate and promptly respond to guest needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and safekeeping of the cash register before, during, and after shifts.
  • Participate in meetings with supervisors to review daily tasks and set priorities.
  • Attend daily briefings and handovers to discuss tasks, business status, and follow-ups.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Address guest inquiries and promptly resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English; fluency in additional languages is preferred

Rosewood Munich to opened in Autumn 2023, as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. Rosewood Munich will offer 132 spacious guestrooms and suites designed to complement the property’s original façade and iconic stairways, which remain well preserved and contribute to the city of Munich’s ensemble of historical buildings. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
