About the role: 

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to join our hotel maintenance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our property by performing high-quality painting and finishing work throughout guest rooms, public areas, and heart-of-house spaces. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently with minimal disruption to guests, and helps ensure our hotel always looks its best. If you’re passionate about creating clean, welcoming environments, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities: 
  • Carry out planned preventive painting work in all areas of the hotel in accordance with the company and departmental standards. This includes guest rooms, common areas, and all back-of-house areas.
  • Regular walk-through of floors to check all wall paneling and painting in guest hallways and common areas, including the "heart of house".
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms for damaged/soiled paintwork and wall coverings that are part of a structured, planned maintenance program.
  • Participation in the shift schedule of the technical department.
  • Participation in the completion of the weekly inventory list

About You

Legal Requirements:
Applicants must have EU citizenship or a valid work permit for the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor a visa for this position.
Previous experience in an painter role or similarKnowledge of basic engineering operations and terminologyAttention to detail
