Designed for ambitious young talents, this accelerated 12-month journey offers access to learning and development programs through Rosewood Academy, cross-divisional exposure across hotel operations, hands-on operational experience, mentorship from experienced hospitality leaders, and fast-track leadership development within the world of luxury hospitality. Candidates will have the opportunity to build a strong foundation for long-term career growth and will be promoted to Assistant Manager upon successful completion of the program.

Eligibility:

• Less than 3 years of post-graduate work experience (include both internal and external experiences, exclude internships);
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Proficient in English (and local language if required);
• Desire to discover our hospitality culture and gain a holistic view of our operations;
• Demonstrate leadership potential and growth mindset.
