YOUR TEAM
You’ll be part of our Global Talent & Culture team, based in our Hong Kong headquarters. We’re a collaborative and people-focused group that partners with our brands and properties around the world to bring our philosophy of Relationship Hospitality to life. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and help shape how we attract and engage top talent across the globe.

YOUR ROLE
As Senior Executive, Executive Recruitment, Global, you’ll lead the way in finding and connecting with exceptional leadership talent. You’ll focus on senior-level roles across our corporate offices and properties, building strong relationships with candidates and creating a recruitment experience that reflects our values and culture.
You’ll be a key part of our global people strategy—bringing insight, creativity, and care to every step of the hiring journey.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE WITH US
• Lead global talent mapping and market research to build a pipeline of senior leaders.
• Manage recruitment for corporate and property-level executive roles, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
• Use behavioral and competency-based interview techniques to assess candidates effectively.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify successors for key roles.
• Own the psychometric assessment process and provide insights to support hiring decisions.
• Manage background check processes with external providers.
• Support our Alumni program through thoughtful engagement and events.
• Act as a superuser of our recruitment system, sharing best practices and training others.

• You have significant experience in executive search and recruitment.
• You’re confident using advanced sourcing techniques and building strong candidate relationships.
• You’re organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• You communicate clearly and know how to influence and connect with others.
• You’re detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in solving problems.
• You’re fluent in English and comfortable working across cultures.
• You care deeply about people and want to help them thrive.
