  • Ensures highest possible guest satisfaction, bearing in mind the importance of telephone communication in present days.  
  • Ensures smooth operation of the hotel’s switchboard.
  • Cooperates with all hotel departments. Ensures professional assistance with telephone related requirements.
  • Maintains an excellent reputation in the eyes of the public, guests, visitors and the team 
  • Maintains the Minimum Operating standards and the Rosewood standards.
