  • Responsible for the overall operations and sustaining the service and efficiency across all laundry operations.
  • Oversee the laundry operation and equipment within the organizational framework
  • Operate laundry equipment efficiently to process hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry/dry cleaning.
  • Handle guest and associate inquiries regarding laundry services, providing accurate information on pricing, turnaround times, and special requests.
  • Ensure all items are cleaned, pressed, and returned promptly while maintaining quality standards.

  • Report and resolve any concerns or discrepancies in laundry orders professionally.Supervise, delegate, and collaborate closely with the Linen and Uniform Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow
  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive training program, with regular retraining as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols for chemical handling, machine operation, and hygiene compliance.
  • Attend and conduct daily housekeeping briefings to discuss operational updates.
  • Ensure all reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Conduct scheduled inventory checks.
  • Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols for chemical handling, machine operation, and hygiene.
  • Foster a motivational and positive work environment within the department.

Rosewood Munich opened in Autumn 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich will be ideally situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center. Rosewood Munich will offer 132 spacious guestrooms and suites designed to complement the property’s original façade and iconic stairways, which remain well preserved and contribute to the city of Munich’s ensemble of historical buildings. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
