The Chancery Rosewood – opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property – is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment.

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our pre-opening team. This role is central to ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting the smooth flow of financial data across departments. You’ll work closely with the senior finance team, bringing structure, insight, and precision to our financial operations. With strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, you’ll help shape the financial foundation of London’s newest luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse hotel financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Support daily accounts payable operations and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Assist with procurement software oversight and reporting accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor and supplier statements, ensuring timely payments.
• Prepare supplier payments in line with finance procedures and sign-off protocols.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes.
• Uphold compliance with finance policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across teams to support the success of the hotel.
• Take on special projects or tasks as assigned by the Assistant Director of Finance.
