Job duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Process room reservations via phone, email, or online platforms ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations
  • Offer detailed information to guests about room rates, hotel amenities, and services
  • Enter and update guest information in the reservation system
  • Communicate guest requests and special requirements to front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

The design throughout the hotel will honor the rich history of the building while offering modern luxuries, creating a seamless flow between contrasting yet complementary spaces.
The heart of our public areas will be the inviting lobby lounge, featuring a curated library with legal tomes, artful photographs, and unique artifacts.
