The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.As Restaurant General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the restaurant’s success, ensuring exceptional service, smooth operations, and a strong team culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-profile venue and create outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire your team, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing service flow, handling feedback, and continuously elevating standards.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue targets, proactively making improvements where needed.
  • Work closely with culinary and beverage teams to curate an outstanding menu and dining experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

About You:

  • At least two years in a similar leadership role within a high-profile restaurant.
  • A natural host with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
  • Able to motivate, support, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Skilled at managing operations, budgets, and service excellence.
  • Adaptable and forward-thinking , ideally with pre-opening experience and a keen eye on industry trends.
