The Opportunity: Spa Therapist

We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our dedicated team at Rosewood Matalauri. This is a seasonal position, ideal for someone passionate about wellness, luxury service, and the art of relaxation.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional 5-star spa treatments with warmth, confidence, and care, maintaining a deep knowledge of our treatments, products, and their therapeutic benefits, managing appointments and guest inquiries with grace and professionalism, and ensuring the spa environment is consistently serene, immaculate, and inviting. Your natural warmth and professionalism will be key in creating heartfelt guest connections and unforgettable stays.

What You Will Bring:

• A diploma-level qualification in beauty and/or massage therapy

• Previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for guest wellbeing with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset

• Immaculate personal presentation

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
