We are seeking a confident and service-driven F&B Supervisor to join our Eeuwen team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who combines strong leadership with a passion for delivering refined and memorable dining experiences.

About the Role

As F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and an exceptional guest experience. You will support, guide, and motivate the team while maintaining a hands-on presence on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service flow
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
• Support team members during service and lead by example
• Handle guest interactions, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service
• Assist with scheduling, briefings, and operational organization
• Monitor service quality and continuously seek improvements
