As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our property — greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. In this zero-hour position, you will have the flexibility to work shifts based on business needs, with opportunities to pick up additional hours during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously.

• Process payments, issue room keys, and manage guest accounts.

• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care, escalating as needed.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, reception, or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident using computer systems and hotel booking software (training provided).

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
