We are seeking a passionate Butler to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be the embodiment of personalized and anticipatory service. You are entrusted with creating unique and memorable experiences for our discerning guests by delivering exceptional, detail-oriented, and discreet service that reflects the values and standards of our brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized and intuitive service to VIPs and suite guests, acting as their single point of contact throughout their stay.
Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their room, offering in-room check-in and personalized orientation.
Handle guest preferences and special requests with utmost discretion, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring total satisfaction.
Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and security at all times.
Support the wider Front Office and Rooms Division team as needed.
