Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with outlet Managers to manage a diverse F&B client portfolio.
  • Suggest and develop a targeted approach for each client, ensuring the maintenance of strong relationships and fostering elevated brand engagement.
  • Develop daily and weekly outreach communication strategies tailored to total outlets portfolios of clients. You will update and educate key stakeholders on our most valuable individuals.
  • Monitor and assist the development of high potential clients.
  • Analyze, manage, and review client reports for the total property top client portfolio, consistently assessing performance against established objectives.
  • Work closely with the F&B Director to develop operational and tactical business action plans for implementation.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Director to formulate acquisition strategies, aiming for 20% of time spent on new business.
  • Develop key strategies and test and learn to improve first time diners’ repeat rates.
  • Engaging with guests in outlets and events, building relationships and recognising the guests.
  • Attend events at the property to acquire and build the network of high potential guests.
  • Explore brand collaborations and establish partnerships that will identify new business opportunities for expanding your client portfolio.
  • Identify new and untapped networking opportunities in targeted markets within your region by attending industry events and building connections with potential partners and future clients.

Requirements
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in similar capacity
  • Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential
  • Proven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making
  • High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
