IMPACT OF THIS ROLE

The Manager, Executive Recruitment, Global will play a pivotal role in designing and executing strategies to identify and attract exceptional leadership talent globally. They will focus on senior-level positions across our global corporate offices, as well as Managing Director roles within property. They will build and nurture a global network, engage with top-tier candidates and ensure an unparalleled candidate experience aligned with our guiding philosophy of Relationship Hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead global talent mapping initiatives and conduct in-depth market research to identify, evaluate and cultivate a pipeline of qualified senior leaders who are aligned with Rosewood Hotel Group’s purpose and vision.
  • Support the recruitment of Corporate office senior level recruitment as well as Property level Managing Director positions by managing the sourcing, process management and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Leverage various interview techniques including behavioural and competency-based questions to effectively screen and assess potential candidates.
  • Partner with the Senior Director, Talent Management, Global to identify potential successors for business-critical positions.
  • Own the Psychometric assessment process for executive recruitment, analysing results, crafting insightful questions and providing valuable insights to inform hiring decisions.
  • Manage the relationship with the external background check provider, ensuring all eligible candidates complete the necessary checks seamlessly.
  • Support the management of the Rosewood Hotel Group Alumni program by designing elevated engagement events and maintaining regular communication to foster loyalty and reconnection.
  • Serve a superuser of the recruitment ATS, providing training, guidance, and driving best practice within the group.

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 6+ years in executive search and recruitment.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, headhunting, candidate relationship management and talent pool maintenance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with strong written and verbal English skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and resourcefulness. Driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
