The Chancery Rosewood – opening Summer 2025, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. With warmth and professionalism, you will manage reservations, greet guests, and ensure seamless coordination with the service team. Your role is to create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
• Manage reservations efficiently, ensuring seamless table allocation and guest flow.
• Provide knowledgeable insights on the dining experience and answer guest inquiries.
• Work closely with the restaurant and bar teams to coordinate service smoothly.
• Maintain a polished and professional presence, upholding luxury service standards.

About You

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• A natural ability to make guests feel welcome and valued.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Confident in managing reservations and guest flow in a busy environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service with a warm and professional demeanor.
