The Chancery Rosewood – opening Summer 2025, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.
As an In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will be the voice of our in-room dining experience, ensuring seamless service for our guests with warmth and efficiency. You will handle guest orders with precision, coordinate timely delivery, and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle in-room dining orders with accuracy, ensuring special requests and dietary requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to guarantee seamless order execution.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu offerings, upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and requests to enhance future experiences.
- Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and follow up to guarantee guest satisfaction.
About You
- Experience in a luxury hospitality or customer service role, ideally within food & beverage.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
- Confident in using order management systems and technology.
- A team player with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
