Rosewood Villa Magna is looking for a Concierge. The Concierge provides information and efficiently coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services. 


Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests/residents warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and special events.
  • Provide information about local attractions, services, and activities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Manage and organize deliveries, mail, and messages.
  • Monitor security of the premises and report any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and services provided.
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean and presentable.
  • Attends to immediate needs of VIPs upon arrival and follows through attention throughout the stay.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
  • Knowledge of local restaurants, museums, and attractions.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • High level of English and Spanish (written and spoken).
