We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth operation of a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.

About the Role

As an Accounts Clerk, you will support the day-to-day financial administration of the business, ensuring financial records are accurate, up to date, and processed efficiently. You will work closely with the Finance team and other departments to maintain strong financial controls and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accounting records
• Support month-end closing processes and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate filing systems and financial documentation
• Assist with bank reconciliations and account monitoring
• Respond to internal and external financial inquiries professionally
• Support the Finance team with administrative and accounting tasks as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting systems is an advantage
• A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
