THE TEAM

As part of our Housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences through immaculate presentation, comfort, and care. Working alongside Housekeeping Supervisors, fellow attendants, and operational teams across the hotel, you will help maintain the highest standards throughout guest rooms, public areas, minibar operations, and laundry services. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will contribute to an environment where attention to detail and genuine hospitality come together to create memorable stays for our guests.

YOUR ROLE

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will help ensure every area of the hotel reflects Rosewood's commitment to excellence. Whether working as a Room Attendant, Mini Bar Attendant, Public Area Attendant, or Laundry Attendant, you will play an essential role in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort. Through your dedication, efficiency, and attention to detail, you will enhance the guest experience while supporting the smooth operation of the hotel and contributing to a welcoming environment for guests and associates alike.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards within your designated work area.
• Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, minibar operations, or laundry services consistently meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Replenish amenities, linens, supplies, and minibar items to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency.
• Respond promptly to guest requests while collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service.
• Report maintenance concerns and lost & found items accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle equipment, furnishings, and guest belongings with the utmost care and professionalism.
